QTR-Quadtone RIP

I'm having a problem with Iford Smooth Pearl printing.  I have a b/w image and it's profile 
is QTR - Gray lab.  When I print on my EP 4000 using the  QT RIP on Enhanced Matte paper 
using 

mode: QuadTone RIP
curve 1: UC-EENHMATTE-cool
curve 2: UC-EENHMATTE-warm
Black ink: matte
Tone Blend: 90-10
res: 1440
High Speed: faster
ink limit: 0
Gamma: +3

the results are wonderful!!!!

with the Ilford Smooth Pearl:

curve 1: UC-ISmoothPearl-neutral
curve 2: UC-ISmoothPearl-carbon
ink: Photo Ink
tone blend: 90-10
rez: 1440
HS: faster
ink limit: 0
gamma: +3

these prints are mottled with blue and pink (magenta) swirls over all

ANY THOUGHTS FROM THE EXPERTS??
