Hi Jonathan,

I think the many issue with the R800/R1800 is that you are many using
just one ink -- the black.  This makes it much more likely to show banding
due to unevenness in the jets.   I've found the best results by using
the 2880dpi resolution rather than 1440.  The latest version called beta 2.3
works the best for the R800.
