In your QTRgui.ini file there will be settings for

FormTop
FormLeft
Monitor

Changing these should fix your problem. If you have Monitor=1, try 
changing it to Monitor=0

Depending on the resolution of the remaining monitor you may need to 
change FormTop & FormLeft as well (especially if they are negative).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
