I'm running QTR on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.4. I've been happily printing since I originally installed the software a few months ago without any issues. I started building some new profiles today. I created a curve, started PS CS3, and then made a couple of test prints. Everything was fine. I created another new curve, restarted PS CS3, and now the QTR settings scree in the final Print dialog box is missing. All I get are the following: Copies & Pages Layout Scheduler Paper Handling ColorSync Cover Page Summary The printer selected is Quad2200-K7. The strange thing is that sometimes when I go to select the paper size in the Page Setup screen, all I can choose in Paper Size is "Item1". This only seems to happen when Quad2200-K7 shows beside "Format for:" (vs one of my other printers). If I say OK to this, PS CS3 will crash. I have done a complete power down, reinstalled QTR, reinstalled the latest QTR and reinstalled the Quad2200-K7 printer. Please help! Terry.
