QTR-Quadtone RIP

I have the R1410 but there are no curves available for the 
Quad1400..and when I use the Quad1400MSI and select a curve for that, 
it comes up with Fatal Error can't find printer driver escp_1400. Is 
there something I'm doing wrong?
