"Access Violation at address 00000000. Read of Address 00000000"

Anybody get this message when they open or close Quadtone (while CS2
is open?) In order to get Quadtone to print I have to reboot and open
quadtone again (without opening CS2).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
