The primary reason for QTR is (I think) specifically to make neutral
(or other B&W tones) from full-colored inksets.
QTR allows you to adjust the amount of yellow ...I don't use any
yellow on most papers unless I intentionally want a sepia or warm
look. The ink sliders provide a graphic display of curves that depict
the inks that are in use with each profile. My selections rarely show
yellow.
