I've been printing without any trouble -- CS3 and Leopard. It sounds like you have all downloaded 2.5.2 and also installed the Leopard. That's good. But another thing is that if you had the Leopard install migrate your Quad printers I think it misses something important. So you should Delete the Quad printer in System Prefs > Print & Fax. Then go back to the download and re-run the appropriate printer/ink install script. For instance if you had an R2400 with UC inks, run Profiles/R2400-UC/InstallR2400 Let me know if you still have trouble. Attach a DiagnosticScript output.
