Help with roll paper

I have an Epson 4000, running Mac Leopard.  I have roll paper and cannot find where to 
specify it.  As a result, the printer wants a sheet of paper inserted.  Can someone please 
point me to the correct place to specify roll paper?  Thanks in advance.
