QTR-Quadtone RIP

hi i received an e-mail from roy asking if it is possible to instal the qte quadtone on an epson 
4880 or if there will be drivers available soon.

he graciously wrote back saying that i could use the 4800 drivers.

i have tried and tried again to download the rip using the 4800 driver and it is denied. i am 
on a mac using cs3 with version 10.4 can someone please tell me what i am doing 
incorrectly?
