Hi Mike, I am fairly new to QTR as well but have been a "Mac person" for 20 years. I know it seems against common sense but QTR is not an "application" in the normal use of the word - you don't "open" it and "launch" the program. QTR downloads a folder to your desktop (or wherever your default download place resides) that has all of the files, installers, profiles, documentation and curves within it. The place you actually see or "choose" to use QTR is in the Printer Dialog Box. Installing QTR just installs all the "DRIVERS" for the printer along with the appropriate profiles and curves that you choose. Follow the instruction closely on installation and then open Photoshop and just go through the Print Preview Dialog Box and the Print Dialog Box and get acquainted with how you choose QTR options. You won't do anything at this point - just look at the screens and then read the Tutorials THOROUGHLY!! If you can't even find the folder that you downloaded that is another matter. Regards, Cody
