QTR-Quadtone RIP

I was keeping on testing QTR yesterday running XP, Colorshop X, PS CS 
so I launched QTR from the start menu having all opened and I got a 
message from XP "Windows has to delete QTRgui". No yes/no : XP took the 
initiative like a big boy!

Next second QTR was not launching any longer and after trying to re-
install several times I decided after 2-3 unsuccesful re-install to 
uninstall QTR, close and start again, then the install went ok.

Not a big deal but anyone has an idea of what conflicted ?
