Error Message when opening QTRgui V-2.6.0.0

when I open the program I get an error message :
"Cannot change visible in onshow or onhide"
clicking "OK" makes it go away. what is wrong? & how can i stop/fix it?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
