QTR-Quadtone RIP

I similarly am getting a "terminated unexpectedly on signal 10" error.
I have checked my USB connections and tried many different usb ports,
I have deleted and re-installed the printer and QTR so many times I've
lost count. I will attache below the output from DiagnosticScript.command:
