Epson R2400 - Print Calibration for B&W

Anyone willing to share their printer calibration table for Epson
Enhansed Matte (or other papers)? I'm new to calibration tables and a
starting point would be helpful.

Any idea on how much variability there is from printer to printer to
get  the best B&W with the R2400?
