QTR-Quadtone RIP

The Epson printer was printing in QTR perfectly.

 I am in a classroom lab situation.
The next job print request gave the error message:

"operation could not be completed" "client error not authorized"

At this message, the printer "Paused" and I have not been able to 
get the QuadR 2400 printer out of pause.

Any ideas how to fix this?
