These deals on the Epson 1400 are looking interesting (unfortunately, not as attractive in Canada, though). Once one has the printer, one needs carts for most B&W options. What is the best source for reliable empty 1400 refillable carts. MIS seems to have them but they seem expensive at $11 each versus the $7.50 that 2200 carts cost.
