QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hi Roy,

I am using an R1900 with Jon's R1800 profiles and printer control is 
working fine from QTR 2.6.1.0 on PC, with the exception of 
the "manual roll feed".

When printing from "manual roll (rear)", which I presume is for the 
single sheet feeder (as there is a seperate settng for "Roll"), under 
QTR GUI (PC) control it checks the leading edge of the paper position 
and THEN STARTS PRINTING - this means its printing into fresh air, as 
it needs to advance the paper first -see below..

Printing from CS3 (PC) directly to the R1900 with the "manual roll", 
it checks the leading paper edge and THEN ADVANCES THE PAPER the 
required distance and then starts printing, this works fine and is 
correct behavior. I've tried this several times with QTR and CS3, 
totally repeatable behavoir.

Its the paper advance command, post leading edge check, that seems to 
be missing from QTR control of "manual roll (rear)".

Note the multiple sheet feeder QTR control works great.

Would be good if you could fix the manual sheet feeder control in a 
future version so we can use it for thicker papers.

I'll report on 1900 print quality when I've had a chance to run some 
more tests.
