QTR-Quadtone RIP

I wrote my own rawrite.exe with mingw. It basically just wrote stdin to 
a file, which then could be printed with linux-commands. But mingw code 
has to be set to accept binary stdin. That took a long time to discover. 
After that everything worked well. The code is lost, but it's not 
difficult to write your own.
