Hi all! I using a PC + a EPSON 2100 (=US 2200?) + the original EPSON inks (Ultrachrome). I want to create curves for the Hahnemühle PhotoRag 308 paper. Therefore I copied the UC-EEnhMatte-warm to a new Ucmk-HPR308-warm and the UC-EEnhMatte-cool to a new Ucmk-HPR308-cool curve. I set the default ink limit and the linearization of both new curves. Didn´t change any of the original colour settings!!! After I finished I printed the "21step.tif" from the "QuadToneRIP"-directory with my old setting UC-EEnhMatte cool/warm 50:50 and with the new curves Ucmk-HPR308 cool/warm 50:50. With the original curves I got a slight, brown touch. But with the new curves I got a cool, light blue touch!!! And I didn´t change any of the colour settings of the original curves... - the default ink limit is the same as the old curves (75) - just the density of the LK changed from 35 to 26,5 - and I have set the black boost to 100. Does somebody have a explanation for that??? Thanks Peter
