QTR-Quadtone RIP

I just read Roy's reply that CS4 may be the problem.  I'm printing  
with a 2200 with CS3 and am about to install (maybe tomorrow) CS4.   
Is that going to be a problem for me, assuming I can install it  
correctly?  If a problem, can I still print from CS3 since it will  
still be installed.  Now that I'm thinking about this, will Lightroom  
be a problem, I also have it and will install it after CS4?
