QTR-Quadtone RIP

I did the linearization of the measured file and created the ink desc
file. when I run that through quad profile I get an error, any
suggestions? could someone help. 
Can anyone give a sample ink desc file for epson prem gloss or similar
where "GLOP" is used.
I am on a MAC with UT14 (MIS) inkset.
