No, under Color Handling: choose No Color Management. Also check Printer: and make sure you are printing from the
Quad4000 printer that you installed from the install command. On the next page after hitting Print, go to the box that
is defaulted to Layout (make sure the arrow is clicked on next to the Printer box to give you the lower half of the menu)
and choose QuadTone RIP. Then go to Mode: and choose Calibration.

But, before attempting to make custom curves for a new paper, I would suggest getting one of the papers that have
already been profiled and try printing with that. The 4000 is an older printer and there are quite a few profiles already
made. If you want to profile a new paper you can most likely find a similar paper and often get a decent profile by just
re-linearizing for the new paper. The documentation for Macs for existing profiles is pretty straight forward. There is
a manual by Tom Moore that goes into custom curves/profiles for Windows based machines, the principals apply to
Macs as well but it can be a bit awkward in the beginning. Printing with an existing, profiled paper/inkset (and here
I'm assuming you are using the Epson UC inks) can get you printing with the least frustration and then you can reach
out to custom profiles as you get more comfortable and proficient.

Good luck
