QTR-Quadtone RIP

I've just started trying out QTR a few weeks ago, and initially the profiling/printing process went fine.  Now, however, when I try to print, I get a "File Access Denied" message, whether one of my own files, or the print calibration page.  This is on Windows XP Pro, latest service pack.  Any help appreciated.
