Epson 4000 Printing True B&W Prints

I am new to QTR and am trying to print True B&W prints without any tones.  Could someone help with how to mix the supplied curves for Enhanced Matte Paper and Ilford Smooth Pearl.  

The curves I am referring to are:

UC-EEnhmatte- Cool
UC -EEnhmatte - CoolSe
UC- EEnhmatte - Sepia

UC-ISmoothPearl - Carbon
UC -ISmoothPearl - Neutral
UC - ISmoothPearl o- Sepia
