Missing curve on graph?

Hi,
I have an Epson R280 and I am trying to follow the instructions on 
this web page http://www.cjcom.net/articles/digiprn3c.htm by Clayton Jones.

I only see one curve in the graph as shown here:

What could I be doing wrong?
