QTR on Snow Leopard crashing

I am unable to use QTR with Epson R200 on Snow Leopard. When printing from Photoshop CS4 it outputs a blank page. When printing from Safari or Preview (perhaps because they are 64-bit?) the print job crashes with this error:

This is happening on two different Macs. Any suggestions?
