QTR-Quadtone RIP

Just downloaded QTR. Installed the profiles for Epson2400 UC. Went through the print dialog boxes, selecting Quad2400 all the way.

But when I hit the final print, nothing happens. the Quad2400 print dialog window says, "genericClass: waiting for device. Connecting."

What have I forgotten to do?
