QTR-Quadtone RIP

Not a full answer but in case it helps: I have a 7000 (similar, I gather, to 7500) which runs fine on USB using QTR on a Mac.  It runs fine with no Epson driver for the printer installed. For head cleanings, nozzle checks etc. that means using the control panel on the printer itself.
