QTR-Quadtone RIP

Hello,
I'm  the one who got the 7000 running per earlier postings. Mine always indicates  "offline" in the menus on the Mac, but still prints. So the setup obviously isn't perfect. Have you tried just printing anyway? I use Snow Leopard, not Leopard, which might (or might not) matter.

It's been awhile but as I recall, to get it working,  the key adjustments on the printer side were to tell it not to use its european model name and set it to USB (not Ethernet as previous owner had done). These were settings buried on the control panel on the printer itself.
