QTR-Quadtone RIP

Thanks much for the grayed out custom sizes fix!  My latest issue is with rgb values no longer corresponding with percentages as they used to (in the same color space).  Last week the 21-step greyscale linearization downloaded and opened in an 8-bit untagged gray space with 100%=RGB 0, 95=17, 90=28, 85=37, etc. Today, having finally resolved the custom paper size issue, the print values are wrong. 100% is still RGB 0, but 95 is now 14, 90 is 21, 85 is 28, 80 is 36, etc...all with same document profiles, archives, version of photoshop (CS4).  As I use these for negatives, densities change, and everything will need  recalibration if I can�t get back where I was.  Or what obvious error am I overlooking?  Much thanks,
