Hello,

I guess you have encountered the issue that came with a recent update of MacOSX (related to CUPS).
You should find a recent topic with the first inquiry. Anyway, there is a fix available (thanks Roy!): http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/QuadtoneRIP/message/9054

I was attempting to gang up several small images from the students on a large 23x16 image and print them simultaneously to save time. Needless to say, Murphy's Law was in full force, and I kept getting only a narrow strip of the image that would print. It was no wider than 8-1/2 inches.

When I choose or create any custom sizes, it will not print anything more than the aforementioned 8-1/2 inch image strip. When I choose one of the default sizes - say 13x19-centered - it works fine.
