It was happening to me too, but only with matte paper and profiles (on a 1400 with UT14). Then I upgraded to the last QTR version and it solved the issue.Have no clue why...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
