Generating a custom curve for QTR

I've read all the documents that came with the QTR package, but I'm still unclear on one step for creating a custom curve. If I want to apply ink limits, should I do so before printing out the Step-21x4-random.tif file?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
