Hi Mike, Thanks for responding. Yes it is 1 bit per pixel. This is the courser of my 2 monochrome test images the other is at 2880 dpi. Already the files are very big and going more than 1 bpp would be wasteful. Thanks anyway. I will unsubscribe now and head back to 'inkjet PCB construction'.
