3800 front load problems

I am printing 16x20s using QTR and trying to front load but the printer throws an error.
With the standard driver for the 3800 I can set it to load through the front, but I don't see any place to do that with QTR.

Any ideas?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
