Hi I am new to this, I have installed the software, but when I print an A3 print it print larger than the paper area, in landscape I had to reduce print size to 20%, also tried to print a 12 x 12 inch image in portrait mode at fit page it printed about 160% and reducing it to 60% printed full A3 but only part of the image. Am I doing something wrong, or has the software not installed properly and needs reinstalling I am using windows 7 32 bit system on an Acer laptop. Any help would be useful. Dave
