QTR-Quadtone RIP

I hexedited some acv files and soon found the culprit.
It turned out to be an error in Curvemeister grayscale: it was creating acv files with 5 sets of data points, one of which (the 2nd) was used as the single active channel.
QTR only accepts acv files with 1 channel indicated and the data in the first set.

I think Mike is looking at it now. Shouldn't be too hard to find a solution.
