Happy New Year everyone,

It would be helpful to know that the same configuration Walter describes here is also possible on other Epson models.

I currently have my 4880 configured for a "2 black, MPS capable system". It is configure with MK, PK, K2-6, and GO just as Walter mentioned in his message. I used Warm Neutral in the MK/PK slot because it has greater depth and Selenium in K2-6. It is a great setup with no wasted ink switching. Dana has worked with me to make curves for Canson Infinity Baryta, Hahn Photo Rag Baryta, Cone5, and Innova FB (matte - one of my old favorites). There will be other papers profiled in the near future.

While glossy is still my favorite, many images still work better on Matte. It is great to have this mixed system on a solid 4880 platform with large re-fillable cartridges.

Best wishes for 2012...

George
