Hello Everyone, I have been installing new profiles to test new papers and workflows. I use the install script in QTR to create the printer and install the profiles. Is there a simple way to search a Mac system directory to examine/verify the profile file that was installed by QTR? Thanks in advance for your help. George Pappas

In Finder, go Library>Printers>QTR>Quadtone> Printer Name. Click on the name of the printer and you should see the installed quad curves. Click on the curve and it should open in Curve View. Or maybe that is Quadtone>QTR? Sandy --- In QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com, "gcpappas" <george@...> wrote:

Starting out with QTR on MAC -Leopard and easy enough to look at the specific txt and quid files and then once installed, at their quad files via Curve View. Question is, once the curve opens up as the graph, under the column headed, 'Max', what is the relationship of the numbers there to the numbers for the same ink in the txt/qiud file from whence the quad came? Should be obvious to even a beginner of course , but after skimming the Guides and the QTR Instructions on this, am missing the key idea. Thanks in advance as always Jerry --- In QuadtoneRIP@yahoogroups.com, "SandyK" <sanking@...> wrote: > > In Finder, go Library>Printers>QTR>Quadtone> Printer Name.
