Printing with a 9880, weird clipping issue

Printing with a 9880, weird clipping issue

2012-04-13 by milesmendenhall@ymail.com

Hello!

I just started using QTR and am working with big negatives for carbon printing, 40"x50". For some reason when I use the QTR9880 driver I am only able to print 8.5" in width; the rest gets cut off even though my print preview looks fine. I have trashed all possible conflicting Epson default files in the Printers folder in my Library and deleted and re-installed the newest version of QTR. Is anyone familiar with this problem and is there a solution?

Thanks!
Miles

What that sounds like is that the paper size you've created is a little too big.
QTR will revert to the default letter size then. You should be able to go to
44inches but no more. If you are defining in metric go slightly less in case
of rounding up.
