QTR-Quadtone RIP

I was recommended to try bradford rag natural white.  Before I burn up
my limited ink supply I figured I'd ask here if anyone tried to use
that profile for the above listed papers?  Next questions, are there
profiles for these papers posted someplace?   

Is there a step by step tutorial for making curves somewhere?  The QTR
curve manual hurts my head trying to read it after a long day of work.

I found a word doc that has a tutorial that seems to go step by step.
 So maybe I can make a profile yet.
