QTR-Quadtone RIP

I just heard from MIS that they won't provide replacement cartridges for the 3880. 

The customer service rep wrote "My supervisor stated that there have been problems with those cartridges for that specific printer, therefore he will not carry them".

I checked the MIS site, but couldn't find the cartridges. I'm glad I didn't get a 3880 yet. 

I have found it difficult to communicate with MIS. Perhaps others have better luck. 

Will this be true for other printers too ? What other 17 inch printer is suitable ?

Hi Ken,

Even if you are not going to be using their inks, you can still get refillable cartridges from InkjetMall. And their communication and customer service is great.
