I'm using the QTRgui on Window 7. I am loading 17x22 sheets of pictorico and printing a 18x12 image. I have the image centered in the qui dialog, but the printer expands the image to fill the print area. Seems like the 'center' selection is not working properly. I have also tried to print a 17x22 canvas with a 18x12 image center on the canvas. The printer compresses the canvas and the image. What am I missing? Any suggestions? John

Hi John, I'd guess that you are using .jpg files. Some programs don't save enough info for sizing. Try using .tiff files -- they are more reliable. Roy, Thanks for the reply. I am using tiff files that are flattened. The print appears centered in the gui print display. And the printer is aware that it printing on a sheet vs roll. I'll try all the usual, reboot, re-install, etc. and see if that corrects the issue. John ________________________________

Send me a screen capture. Note the Fit-to-paper box as well as the center box. Are you using canned 17x22 paper size? Loading it narrow edge (not landscape).
