Getting icc profile to show up on Mavericks

I’m struggling to get an icc profile to show up in Lightroom on Mavericks. I created the profile using ColorMunki and following the tutorial by Keith Cooper at Northlight Images. The first problem I encountered was when using his “simple cdv test file” and copying my LAB values into it. The QTR-Linearize-Data.app complained that the information was out of order although the article claimed it didn’t matter. I stripped out all information from my table leaving only the LAB data. I then sorted this and exported it as a CSV file. This file appeared to work with both the linearize and the create icc apps. However the icc profile will not show up in either Lightroom 4 or PS CS6. I then created an RGB version of the profile but it also refuses to appear in the selection dialog. Where am I going wrong? Best Regards, Ola Olsson
