Epson 9890 Curves for Hot Press

Hi all,
Where can I find existing curves for Hot Press Bright and Hot Press Natural using Epson Ultrachrome Inks on a 9890 ? Do I have to create them myself using the Curve Creator utility ?
And if I do have to create them myself, can someone point me to a very SIMPLE procedure to follow (I have ADD/ADHD and get overwhelmed very easily !!)
