Eboni 1430 parking pad replacement

Hi group,
I am having constant ink clogging issues with my epson 1430. Head cleaning will solve sometimes. It'll clear them but others will get clogged. But I can tap the print head and it'll clear them (I am assuming air bubbles) then print with no mishaps. If I let it sit for a day or two it is all over again. I get to the point of just junking it. I don't think it should clog this much.
I am wondering if the parking pad is not sealing and the ink is drying on the print head?
If so, can this easily be fixed or replaced?
