Cannot install Profiles for my Printer Epson3885

I am a new user for QuadToneRIP. I try to install Profiles for my printer Epson3885 and Inkset K-7 inorder to use for didital negative. I used Mac OS X 10.9.5 with mackbok air.



/Applicatins/QuadToneRIP/Profiles/3800-3880-K7/Install3800-K7.command


it show


Cannot find an Epson USB or Bonjour printer with the name 3880, even if I had alreade turned on and connected with USB cable.


How can I solve this problem, please advised


now I can not usd any curve.

I am not exactly sure that this will work, but you might need to change the 3800-3880-K7 folder name with the ink descriptor text files and install scripts to and the folder with .quad files to Quad3885 and change the name of the Install3880 installer script to "Install3885-K7.command"

I think what is happening is the install script name is what is used to either create or look for directory with the quad files, and it needs to match the name of the printer installed.

Alternatively, you might just need to change the name of the printer in System Preferences from Quad3885 to Quad3880, and leave the names of the folder and install scripts alone.
