Unable to print over 24" wide on Epson 9890 Piezography / Quadtone RIP

Hello,

As the title says, I'm unable to print any wider than 24" on my Epson 9890 with the Quad7890-9890-K7 piezography curves (as downloaded from Piezography.com).

I suspect it's picking up the 24" limit of the 7890, but I've got a 9890.

And to make matters worse, I need to do a 44"x56" print for delivery this morning. 

No other problems printing.

the actual .quad curves don't have anything to do with the paper settings in the driver, just the print head. Since the 7890 and 9890 share the same print head the curves are the same.

Are you printing from a Mac or Windows?

Hope to get this sorted quickly.

On Windows the name of the folder determines the driver that will used.
The 7890 and 9890 printers have the same curves so the download was called Quad7890-9890-K7.
But you need to rename to either Quad7890-K7 or Quad9890-K7 to get the correct driver.
This seems to be missing from the instructions.
