QTR and new Epson P 10K

2016-04-08 by deanwork2003@...

Has anyone experimented with QTR on the newly released Epson P 10K? It seems like the added gray could really be something. They have basically taken the good points of the 11880, reduced the tiny nozzle size to help with clogging, and made a good 44" machine, but I can't imagine Epson having any decent monochrome software for it.

Same single hue toning. Rumors are that it has different damper assembly.

I really want to get my hands on one. I don’t think they’ve changed the nozzle size. I think they’ve just changes frequencies. I could be wrong . . .

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
